I worked with Gary Groff from the initial phone call through vehicle delivery. Very helpful and has kept in touch since the sale. Very responsive to phone calls and text messages when I send them. The whole process was very smooth and upfront. Gary gave us pricing on optional additional packages and let us pick what we did and didn't want without the additional pressure to buy more "extras". I have been dealing with Gaudin Ford for over 16 years, especially with Fred Carrillo. My last purchase with Fred was my fourth, to buy out my lease on my 2020 Ford Edge. Fred, and Jim Knight, both made it especially with Fred Carrillo. My last purchase with Fred was my fourth, to buy out my lease on my 2020 Ford Edge. Fred, and Jim Knight, both made it a very easy transition, and we are very satisfied with our experience. I only hope that Fred will still be working when the time comes for my trade in, and a purchase of another fine Ford product.
