Easiest & fastest car buying experience of my life.. I must say I left very impressed with Gaudin Ford overall as a dealership, but Camilo really made it remarkable. Great dealership, but even better salesman I initially came in to just look at a Focus RS no intention of buy a car just yet due to still paying one off. I met up with Camilo and he showed me the RS but somehow he knew I wanted something else with out me even telling him. He goes “hold up” I got the perfect thing for you. Took me to backlot showed me the most pimpin F-150 and I knew I had to get it. Camilo worked with me to help me trade in my vehicle and get the truck with no hassle whatsoever. I could sit here and explain in detail a situation that you know was Lisa, it may be apparent as to why exactly you have "1 star" as all your ratings. I could sit here and explain in detail a situation that you know was beyond wrong on yours and a few others parts, but you already know. For further occasions when you meet someone smile and shake their hand back and uncross your arms while losing that nasty look on your face. I could understand if a customer was screaming and throwing a fit for some kind of refund, but our situation was not at all like that. I was giving you a common sense issue and explained that we 100% proved your service department messed up a vehicle, and you didn't want to hear it nor did you care. I was beyond polite and you had better things to do apparently. Your customer service along with people handling skills are at an elementary level and I'm curious as to how you still have a job. One could only wonder... More

DECEIT, MISREPRESENTATION AND BREECH OF PROMISE There was DECEIT and MISREPRESENTATION. I was told my trade in vehicle would go to Auction; IT WAS NOT AND I SAW IT BACK ON THE LOT. BIG DIFFERENC There was DECEIT and MISREPRESENTATION. I was told my trade in vehicle would go to Auction; IT WAS NOT AND I SAW IT BACK ON THE LOT. BIG DIFFERENCE IN TRADE IN AMOUNT. MY VEHICLE WAS ALSO SOLD, AS I WAS TOLD, WITHOUT TITLE TRANSFER; NO TITLE WAS EVER ISSUED FROM MY CREDITOR. I NOW HAVE NO CAR, NO PRIOR LOAN PAID OFF AND DEFAULT ON MY CREDIT. HOW CAN YOU SELL A CAR WITHOUT THE TITLE. BREECH OF PROMISES. 1. Frank Mooradian , sales manager at Gaudin Ford, promised, upon learning what Igor Kragen (sales agent of record) did with his deceit and misrepresentation promised to pay $442.00 for 60,000 mile maintenance work as per marketing offer. He said Friday Feb 15th. I have not recieved it. 2. Vario Dimitri, top sales floor manager, when confronted with what his sales agent Igor Kragen did, made a $1000.00 compensatory offer. He stated I was given $442.00 for service work done credit. He, Vario Dimitri, would give $1000.00 further trade in allowance IN ADDITION TO THE $442.00 WHICH WAS TO COVER VEHICLE MAINTENANCE THEY, GAUDIN WOULD NOT HAVE TO DO. I have not received the $1000.00 additional as promised. As of today I have DECEIT MISREPRESENTATION BREECH OF PROMISES × 2 A TRADE IN VEHICLE SOLD WITHOUT A TITLE NOR COMPENSATION TO MY CREDITOR.
