Positive experience with the purchase of three used vehicles; the salesmen Krasi and Mike were great and the process was easy. Negative experience with the actual quality of the used vehicles. Each vehicles; the salesmen Krasi and Mike were great and the process was easy. Negative experience with the actual quality of the used vehicles. Each vehicle comes with an 'inspection report' and carfax so that you understand that you are buying a car that has been verified to be in proper working condition and thoroughly inspected by a trained mechanic. Car #1 immediately developed an uncontrolled oil leak and check engine light with 24 hours of purchase. The catalytic converter, coolant system, and wiper fluid reservoir all were broken and required repair. The vehicle was taken in three separate times, and is now awaiting an entire engine replacement because of catastrophic failure. This is after driving it home from the dealership. Don't get me wrong, they have been attempting to make it right (mostly because I bought a warranty), but after owning it for six weeks, we have driven it five days, and it still has not been approved to move forward for repair. This should not occur immediately after the purchase of a certified vehicle. Car #2 began sounding its alarm all night after the first week. Then, when starting it up, the driver door ajar alarm would illuminate and chime--the whole the vehicle was driving. The sensor was bad, and that caused the cargo light to remain on, draining the battery. I attempted to take it in, but you all know what it's like to get an appointment with any dealership...weeks out and during your work time. So, I forked over money to a local shop that fixed some broken wires in the door loom. It did not completely fix the problem, because the broken wires shorted out the door latch/sensor. Gaudin told me to bring it back...it was part of a known recall for the door latch and that they would fix it and send me on the way. To their credit, they got me in within a couple of days and loaned out a car while it was being fixed. However, once fixed, they went ahead and charged my warranty and had me pay the deductible anyway, after being told it was part of a known recall. I guess I should tell you (and myself) get it in writing FIRST, or you will pay to fix that car you just bought. Car #3, minor cosmetic issues addressed without problem; they were very accommodating and fast at this repair. Thanks again, Krasi! Anyway, like anything, buyer beware. If you do purchase a used car here you must, I mean must, buy that extended warranty. The used cars on this lot come in as trade-ins and likely just get boxes checked on their 'inspection' report instead of actually going through detailed checks. Please, get your car checked out before you sign (I should have for sure). *Update: Car #2 was returned after having the door wiring fixed. I have included a picture so that you can see how it was left after the repair was complete. Note: that rubber boot is supposed to be over the entire assembly and tied in place to prevent breaks and water from damaging the wires. Judge for yourself on how well they did. More
My issues are with trying to obtain service from the service department at Gaudin Ford. The way they do things is very customer unfriendly and very different from many other dealers. You cannot sche service department at Gaudin Ford. The way they do things is very customer unfriendly and very different from many other dealers. You cannot schedule an appointment online. Every other dealer I've gone to except this one allows you to schedule an appointment online. Gaudin Ford doesn't. It is walk-in, first-come, first served. They have two types of service, one labeled "oil change/quick lane" and the other "service". Contrary to what one would think, "oil change/quick lane" is for anything that doesn't require a diagnostic service. I feel this terminology is confusing, but that's the least of my concerns. There are two lanes, one for each type of service. You choose the lane based on the service you need. Unfortunately, the lane designation is painted on the ground, hidden from view when cars are waiting in the lane. You would think they would use labeled traffic cones or overhead signs which would always be visible (something that other dealers have done for years), but apparently nobody at Gaudin Ford has thought of that yet. Gaudin Ford does not have greeters. At every other dealer except this one, a service greeter will meet you at your car while you are waiting in line, take down your information and inform your service writer that you are here. This is a nice personal touch and reassures the customer that they are being looked after. I guess since Gaudin Ford doesn't take appointments, they have no need to do this. If you got into the wrong lane (see above), you're out of luck. When I got in line, the car ahead of me either didn't know they were supposed to drive forward into the building or was having problems with their car. Nobody from Gaudin Ford came out to investigate. I gave up and decided to try getting service at another dealer. I feel like Gaudin Ford is way behind other dealers when it comes to valuing customers and making sure they have a positive experience. More
Caution! !! Do not under any circumstance order a car from Gaudin Ford, this is a copy of what was left after 9.5mths of waiting for my Mach E. They rec !! Do not under any circumstance order a car from Gaudin Ford, this is a copy of what was left after 9.5mths of waiting for my Mach E. They received my car, I showed up to test drive it and was driven back to look at it where they wouldn’t even let me sit inside it or test drive it. They said it “wasn’t ready” I then stated let me know when it will be ready for a test drive and I will come back and pay for it cash as I wasn’t happy with the trade in value of my Chevy (5k less than 4 other dealerships in town BTW) Less than 24hrs later I came back and they had sold my car, stating that I was unhappy with the service from AJ at GAUDIN FORD trade in department and that they would prefer not to sell it to me because i was unhappy with the valuation and “didn’t want a bad review with Ford.com in the exit process…. The car (without my knowledge) was already being sold to one of their personal lists of clients that was interested in this car (probably for a premium but I cannot determine that). I was told to then come back the next day as the General Manager was gone and i would need to speak with him. I spoke with the general manager for close to an hour, Bryant, nice guy but did nothing to rectify the situation. He stated that he was told by his sales person i was not interested in the car and then allowed it to be sold it without calling, emailing or even trying to reach out to me about supposedly declining the car. So here is all I can do is to warn anyone that is looking to preorder a Mach E or a Bronco. DO NOT WHATSOEVER HAVE IT SENT HERE. DRIVE THE EXTRA DISTANCE AND HAVE IT SENT ELSEWHERE. I REPEAT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSITED CAR. YOU HAVE WAITED 9MTHS FOR IT SELL IT TO THEIR OWN LIST OF CLIENTS. More
Absolute worst company I’ve ever worked for. I got fired without reasoning, got a write up for being 2 minutes late , due to a family issue . He knows some of his employees don’t have a valid license and still lets his employees operate customers vechiles. Absolute worst place to work for . Favoritism at its finest. More

Bought this 2015 Ford Edge from Martin radek at Gaudin Ford after 7 days I realized somebody reset all the codes on the engine to make my car seem perfect and make it look like nothing was wrong. Out of n Ford after 7 days I realized somebody reset all the codes on the engine to make my car seem perfect and make it look like nothing was wrong. Out of no where 7 check engine light codes appeared. You expect this from a car lot on Boulder Highway not here . Nobody from the dealership could help me they gave me the run around all day and told me it would be over 2k to fix my car like new. More
My first purchase with Gaudin went smooth, not so for the second. I ordered a Mustang Mach-E and placed a $500 deposit on the car. I started to get suspicious when the dealer stopped returning my calls and emails. After approximately 7 months, I contacted Ford corporate and was told the my car had been sold TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. My wife and I just had a baby and really needed the car. Please be very careful when dealing with Gaudin as it appears that they place profit ahead of doing right by their customer. More

From the beginning the finance manager, Jim Knight, tried to trick me with promising a certain payment plan and went back on his word (nothing new there at a dealership). The sales person, Mladen Raychev, sold me this car without making sure it was checked out by the service department. The brake pads automatically needed to be replaced, along with the gear shift module. The sales manager, Mick Gurley, absolutely didn't help or even call to ask what was going on considering they sold me a brand new car that was already needing work done. I was in my 1st rental car while they tried to "figure out" how to do this. They instructed to me to drive on bad brake pads until they were able to get the order in. Once the order was in I was put into a 2nd rental car. Upon picking up my car, the service department dropped something on the hood and the paint was completely scratched down to the metal. The service department also scratched ALL of the plastic trim around the car and it needed to be re-ordered. I was then put into a 3rd rental car so they can fix the paint they damaged and the trim. The service department manager, Tamius 'T' Soto, finally got involved and contacted me. He told me he would take care of it. He told me a day and time when the car was going to be ready and when I showed up he was not there and there was ANOTHER paint chip!!! The shop forman, Chris Hansen, came out and had no clue what was going on with my car and didn't care that his shop has continuously damaged my car. I am in utter shock at this dealership and service department. There was no type of compensation for all of this. The two store managers, Bryant Gilligan and Wesley Greg, have not called me a single time to see how/if they can help with the disaster they have put me through with buying a brand new FORD after 12 years. A service rep, Laurel Trimbath, called me one time saying she was going to help me and never contacted me again and has not answered any of my calls. PLEASE beware of this dealership, they truly don't care about anything other than the sale and the service department has destroyed my brand new car and I was in multiple rental cars within a 3 month span. I have to get the paint fixed elsewhere and I will be reporting this to corporate. More
