My husband passed away from Covid this past summer and we had purchased his dream truck 2020 F450 Limited from Guadin after owning a 2016 F450 which was also purchased from Guadin. He absolutely loved his truck, and the service at Guadin has been excellent over the years, so when it was time to trade in the truck, I went back to Gaudin. Moses was very helpful and understanding of me no longer needing an F450 and helped me order the perfect vehicle for me, a 2021 Expedition Platinum. I took deliver a few days ago and the experience was excellent. Gaudin gave me good value for my 2 trades and I feel I got a fair deal. Excellent customer service. More

I would recommend Fred Carillo as a salesperson. Good follow up, and he remembers his clients! I would recommend Ford products as my Escapes were a great little SUV …with all the bells and whistles (and follow up, and he remembers his clients! I would recommend Ford products as my Escapes were a great little SUV …with all the bells and whistles (and I now have equity in my car) Other than that: Negative 1). Finance man was too busy to call back even AFTER I had overnighted a check for almost $17k to pay off vehicle! Confirmation would have been nice …Fred called me back after I called him personally. 2) when I called to talk to Fred, receptionist put call through to another young man who actually “pretended” to be Fred! (I know Fred’s voice since he’s the only one who actually talks to me). This young man proceeds to hang up on me.. called Fred back and asked if this is how Ford runs one of their busiest dealerships. Shame too…. Since I love Ford products. 3) $499 “documents” fee for me to buy out my lease! No inspection, no cleaning, just me signing papers …. By myself!! Ridiculous!!! Still looking into this….especially since the finance guy NEVER called me back! I’m looking still for my replacement …. But I’m not going to Gaudin More
