Trying to get an appt took several calls and online appt process did not work. It took several calls to get updated on the jobs completion. The advisor does not explain things well. To suddenly say “it need process did not work. It took several calls to get updated on the jobs completion. The advisor does not explain things well. To suddenly say “it needs a battery”. No explanation. I have a hybrid so I was worried. I had to ask for an explanation. That’s not right. I’m not a mind reader nor know much about cars. I was not happy with this advisor last time and was put with the same person. I won’t return unless necessary. I was surprised how difficult it was through out the process. Each gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. More
