I can not speak for the sales, only the autobody shop. This body shop preys on the victims of accidents involving their cars. They use GEICO's untrained or worse uncaring adjusters, to bilk whatever they This body shop preys on the victims of accidents involving their cars. They use GEICO's untrained or worse uncaring adjusters, to bilk whatever they can out of the unsuspecting owners. My car needed a rear bumper replaced. Parts per the internet were readily available by a simple order. I was in a rental car furnished by this shop and paid for by GEICO. For 29 days they used unavailable parts for delays. One day before my rental term expired, they got the final part to complete the job. I can not speak to the quality of work they performed, it looks OK. They are a bunch of crooks. I was an auto adjuster for a major insurance company for 14 years. I know how dishonest body shops work. These are as bad as I have seen!!!!! More

The accident occured on 1/16/2023. I was told by GEICO to bring my car to Gatorland Toyota in 2 weeks. I did as asked. After a week, I called Bryan for an estimate of time for completi I was told by GEICO to bring my car to Gatorland Toyota in 2 weeks. I did as asked. After a week, I called Bryan for an estimate of time for completion of repairs. He did not return my call. I called Ms. Latoya at GEICO. She, after a 22 minute hold, told me parts were ordered. NO completion estimate. I asked Ms. Latoya to have Gatorland call me when the car was ready for pickup. I was told Gatorland was too busy to make that kind of call. I made several more calls to Gatorland and GEICO, always the bums rush from GATORLAND. My overriding concern was the rental car. I had asked for a small or midsize car when talking to the rental company. I was told at Gatorland the Dodge Charger was all they had. Not to worry GEICO was paying the bill. This goes on and on and on. Nuf said???? Not my idea of good customer service. Would you bring your car to Gatorland body shop?
