I have my misgivings about the Mechanic that tried to do the Alignment on my vehicle, but overall the Services have always been respectable and responsive! Blaming the Customer is not always a good idea. To the Alignment on my vehicle, but overall the Services have always been respectable and responsive! Blaming the Customer is not always a good idea. To me, it means that someone isn’t being responsible! More
I’ve been going to this center for 10 years and the cost has alway been reasonable. This time, the estimate was extremely high, to include an estimate for one tire for $629. I took my car to another place a has alway been reasonable. This time, the estimate was extremely high, to include an estimate for one tire for $629. I took my car to another place and the tire was $96. I won’t be back. More

The reason for my rating is because I strongly believe that in spite of the fact that they do have Toyota Certified Mechanics, a non certified mechanic was working on my Alignment. When something goes wro that in spite of the fact that they do have Toyota Certified Mechanics, a non certified mechanic was working on my Alignment. When something goes wrong, no accepts responsibility for any damages caused. When damage was done to my vehicle, I was told that the replacement part would cost me about $2500.00. In spite of the rushed and jerky video that was E-mailed to me later. I realized that the video in no way showed any discernible details. After a partial refund after Goodyear completed the job, I believed that I was finished with Gatorland Toyota! Considering the 1st comment by Mr. Valentine that the next time I came in for service, “Maybe next time you come,it will be for something simple!” I disliked that comment because a Toyota Certified Technician would have had no problem doing an alignment! I came back today (Friday,March 27,2023) because I received another Text Message from Dealer Rater! I assumed that maybe they wanted another opportunity to make amends, so I came to the Dealership to speak with Mr. Brett Valentine. I asked that they replace the ROUNDED OFF NUT on my tie rod. He said that he could not authorize anything until he spoke to his supervisor. He then stated, “What are you trying to do? Get something for free?” His thoughtless and asinine comment pissed me off because if I wanted something for free, theyI would have gone to a Shade Tree Mechanic and not a Dealership where I have had all of my work done, and believe me, Dealerships are expensive and not cheap!!! I in a way are not surprised by his responses considering that his 1st concern is protecting his job, his employer and not as much the customers! All I asked for when I returned was the replacement of the ROUNDED OFF NUT AND NOTHING MORE!!! I will not be returning to this Dealership for anything. My next new Toyota will come from another Dealership! I wonder why they don’t post the Certification’s of the Professional Mechanics? More
I really like Shad Buchanan, who is assigned to work with me. He treats me as an equal and doesn’t mind explaining the work that is being recommended. me. He treats me as an equal and doesn’t mind explaining the work that is being recommended. More
