Scam artists, big time! I took my 015 Venza there Monday for a 30 dollar(coupon), oil change. It has 35000 on the ODO.. Vehicle running perfectly. I was charged $183.00, I took my 015 Venza there Monday for a 30 dollar(coupon), oil change. It has 35000 on the ODO.. Vehicle running perfectly. I was charged $183.00, and asked for another $620 for repairs which were clearly not needed! I refused to aurthorize the unnessasary so-called repairs! Complaining about the $183 I was told it had to have the 30000 mile service and that was the price.. I have purchased cars from this Dealer and had my other Toyotas serviced there over the last 20 some years. They were always reasonably priced and honest. Clearly, management philosophy has changed and now it is .........".Let's see how much money we can cheat this customer out of'........... Always want to sell you a car, but if you just need service they will do that too and well. They perform a complete inspection and let you know what any issues are.
