Facilitated my visit in a timely fashion after the vehicle incurred a damaged tire and wheel a few days prior to the holidays. The technician replaced the damaged tire and rim rotated and presumably balanced the remaining tires and performed a maintenance oil and filter change. There were 2 points of concern on my part. # 1 the technician did not put a valve cap on the new tire. # 2 the technician did not air up the remaining tires. I know this because when we hit sub freezing temperatures on our trip the low pressure alarm came on. The new tires readings were 32 psi while the remaining 3 tires read out at 22 PSI. Disappointing since I paid nearly $ 1100 to have the work done. More
