Our salesman Eric, as well as Clarissa who did our paperwork (in a very professional manner) hurried out as soon as the sale was complete. But the van we drove to the dealership was blockaded in the parking lot, and we had to come back for it Saturday morning. I feel like, having just bought a car from you, someone could have stayed long enough to make sure we were able to drive the car we came in on off the lot as well. More
