First off I live here and love to shop locally. I went onto Gatorland Toyota website and started looking as I had a good idea what we wanted and would fit our needs. Very quickly Eric introduced I went onto Gatorland Toyota website and started looking as I had a good idea what we wanted and would fit our needs. Very quickly Eric introduced himself and we had brief chats and I made an appointment to see him. He sent a very professional video introducing himself putting a name to a face. I like that. The day of the appointment Ryan Wise, Sales Manager gave me a call confirming of which at that point I explained our needs as my husband is 4 months post major surgery and he needs a lot of care. Wow! They made sure of that not from a sale perspective but as human beings. I briefly shared what I was looking for and why. On arrival we were met very nicely. Put us at ease as buying vehicles is stressful enough as is. Eric. Oh my word. He’s good. Put me in the exact vehicle where I looked no further. A great test drive where we got to know each other. Just seemed like a nice Sunday drive with a family friend. Then comes time to seal the deal. We had two vehicles to trade and I knew the amount that I was looking for. My philosophy is that everyone walks away with a win. And I certainly felt that and we are proud owners of a Gatorland Toyota. Oh by the way Brian who heads up service is good.
