Austin, the assistant service Man I have owned Toyota's for the past 24 years. I just took my 2005 Toyota Sienna Minivan in for a complete check up. Austin, the assistant service Manager took care of all my needs from checking me in to making sure I was notified of the problems they found that needed immediate service and those that could wait till next time. What really sold me on buying a vehicle from Gatorland Toyota is that is Mr. Maher did not know the answer to a technical question about the vehicle he didn't make up an answer, instead said he would find out and let me know. My recent purchase of a new hybrid Camry was totally positive. There was no game playing, (a previous purchase at this dealership took nearly all day) I was offered a fair price and my purchased was processed efficiently and rapidly. There was a time in the past that I swore I would never buy another vehicle at Gatorland, but no longer. Whoever reworked and redesigned this dealership is to be congratulated on a fine turn-around. The optional add-ons were fully explained to me and were not pushed.beyond an explanation and recommendation - which I certainly appreciated. . More
