I always have a long wait and even though I was present for just a R tailight replacement she made my experience pleasurable. I wanted to shuttle home to rest before a long trip and even though the driver was scheduled to leave for another half hour she arranged for him to drop me home. I have been using Gatorland Toyota for about 6 years and prior to that weekend I always had a terrible experience there so I always prepared for the worse. Iliana made me forget about all that with her professionalism and how she went the extra mile to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. I am grateful I got to have her as my service advisor and hope I experience more like her in the future! More

Very disappointing experience!!! Very Disappointing experience!!! My mother and I were trying to trade in our car and decided to go there since my whole family has Toyota. However, To Very Disappointing experience!!! My mother and I were trying to trade in our car and decided to go there since my whole family has Toyota. However, Toyota should be a shame to work with a dealership like this one. After 3 hours and a half we finally got the car I wanted and left on Saturday after we signed all paperwork. However, I was called two days after just to be told that something was wrong on my financing process and I needed to go back. After another 3 and a half hours there, they came back with a whole different deal increasing $78 on my monthly payment. When I told them that I will not accept it and I wanted my car back, they lied twice. One sales agent said initially that my car was there but the financial rep. said that it was already in Tampa for Auction. Not sure what to believe and I was So tired and frustrated at that point, I just left and asked them to send me the final documents. Still waiting, not sure of final results and scared for not knowing what to do. Never had such as bad experience at any car dealer. More
