Terrible customer service at top management levels I have never felt the need to write a review on a business. But I feel I should warn others about this dealership. Both their Service Manager and Gen I have never felt the need to write a review on a business. But I feel I should warn others about this dealership. Both their Service Manager and General Manager have been exceedingly rude, unhelpful, and the general manager even promised he would cover an extended warranty-then never got back to me about it. When I called 2 weeks later, he had changed his mind, but not bothered to inform me. I had to contact the National Toyota Office to get him to even Answer my calls (I’m in another state). I’m continuing contact with Toyota hoping with their assistance I can obtain a resolution to the problem. They suggested I contact Gatorland’s customer relations person. When I finally got a return call from her, before I even spoke about the problem, she said “I can’t go against my boss!” She even claimed she knew engine mechanics, and told me the other dealership involved must be lying. I asked her if she is a mechanic-or has even changed oil on a vehicle, and she had to admit she has no mechanical training. I told her the other dealership gains nothing by lying-but Gatorland does. BEWARE of this dealership! More

Financing Buyer beware! Do not get financing through this dealer! Increased my interest rate 2% in order to make a profit off of me! I had been working with my Buyer beware! Do not get financing through this dealer! Increased my interest rate 2% in order to make a profit off of me! I had been working with my bank prior to purchasing but since Toyota went through my bank anyway I thought nothing of allowing Toyota to do the financing. I called my bank on Monday and cofirmed their rate of 4.35%, Toyota financed at 6.35% I was than told I would have to wait 6 months to refinance for the lower rate, another lie. I have called another bank and will be refinancing after my first payment at 3.25%! Can’t tolerate liars. More
