Totally impressed with the speed and the excellent communication. As a matter of fact I had taken the vehicle to a auto repair shop who took all day to give me a repair solution which was going to be communication. As a matter of fact I had taken the vehicle to a auto repair shop who took all day to give me a repair solution which was going to be OVER $1200.00.. When they asked me to pay for parts in advance so they could get them I immediately picked up my Toyota Camry and took it straight to Gatorland Toyota and got the CORRECT solution for half the price and picked it up the following day!! From now on BOTH of my Toyota’s will only be serviced by Gatorland Toyota and the service manager SPECIFICALLY Ian!! More

Unprofessional staff, little or non experience about real car issues, and misleading diagnostics results. It seems they don't have any experience. Amazing service. Our RAV4 was peeling, they completely repainted the car, replaced the windshield, fixed a dent, and rented us a car. We paid 0!!! Not even under warrantee!
