Was here for a recall repair order and scheduled maintenance. From scheduling through pickup the service was top notch. My service rep, Ian, kept me updated thru the process and provided me with maintenance. From scheduling through pickup the service was top notch. Service writer was pushing unnecessary services. Dealer rates are way out of bounds. They claim it takes 1.5 hours for a professional mechanic to change one spark plug.
