The staff members I encountered were incredibly rude and short when speaking with me. No small talk exchange or rapport building whatsoever and very unprofessional. The rep that was dealing with my car called me and just said “hey it’s Nancy” with no way for me to tell who she was or what she was calling about. Not professional at all. Nancy was very obviously irritated when I asked her where I should go to pick up my car (a seemingly simple question), and angrily pointed at the door without saying a word. No way will I come back here, the staffing and etiquette at this place has gone downhill since I last went a couple of years ago. More
