We love the car we got & the deal we got it for. However, the car salesman we worked with was kind of weird and definitely unprofessional. We were stuck waiting in the dealership for a total of 3 and a half hours, mostly waiting on financing. What was incredibly frustrating was that our car dealer hardly made an effort to keep catching the status of when we would be next up for financing. Instead he just sat at the desk and talked to us about things we were not interested in but we felt obligated since we were pretty much stuck there. The guy who handled our financing was great though! Honestly like a breathe of fresh air compared to who we were dealing with the entire time. I wish we would have gotten the last guy the entire time because we would definitely be completely happy as we left! We just left exhausted. More

Anyone who has to buy a used car this year is in deep trouble. We will Never get back the money we are forced to pay for today’s used cars. I had a very reputable local mechanic evaluate the car I purchased and he came up with almost one thousand dollars in basic servicing jobs that should have been done before the car was sold to me. They took the car back and only serviced one item on the list. A month after I purchased the car they called me in to make some basic changes that the first finance manager had incorrectly done. After these changes were made; suddenly they said the warranties they had sold me were not good, and therefore, I was forced to take items of much lesser value. I do not like how this was done. More
