Buyer beware. These guys charge a premium above MSRP. When you get the detailed paperwork, you see a line item for dealer profit in addition to accessories. Poor customer service. Scheduled a detail and a service for the day to arrive at the dealership for them to tell me there isn’t enough time to have it detailed. When they bring my car out they forgot to fill the windshield fluid, so they had to take it back into the shop to do that, cool, another 15 minutes waiting. They ALSO forgot to reset my “Need scheduled maintenance” alert through the car’s computer, so now everytime I start my car the alert pops up. I filled out a survey previously and I guess a representative from Toyota contacted me. Told me he was “sorry for the bad service” and wanted me to elaborate. I told him all of this information and he never got back to me. This was over two weeks ago. Now, I’m getting another email to fill out a xxxx survey that won’t have a solution…… Save your time and patience and don’t take your car to this dealership. More

The only thing you could improve is communication skills between the online department and the sales team.
