Good dealership to work with you. Concerned with the customer and the sales experience. I would highly recommend. Concerned with the customer and the sales experience. I would highly recommend. More

If I didn’t trust the quality of work they were doing on my vehicle I would not have been using them for the past 18 years. I have total confidence in them taking care of my vehicle. I deal with Nancy Voss in service and she is always knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and a joy to do business with. More
My car is a 2003 Prius that I bought new from Gatorland Toyota. I get some of the mechanical work done there. I do the rest myself, mostly because I like doing the work, but also because I don’t like takin Toyota. I get some of the mechanical work done there. I do the rest myself, mostly because I like doing the work, but also because I don’t like taking the car to Gatorland. I hate the end, where the service advisor brings me a list of all the issues that need fixing. The list always costs over $1000, and consists of a lot of unnecessary work. There was only one service advisor, in 19 years, that didn’t try to sell me additional service. She didn’t last long. I wish she was still there, because I felt like she was honest and straightforward. I trusted what she had to say. So, would I recommend your service department? Sure, because the repair is usually done correctly ( except for my Previa van, which would refuse to start if I tried to restart it after it warmed up. After Gatorland kept it two weeks, they returned it saying there was nothing wrong. I stopped at a gas station about 15 minutes later, and it took almost an hour to get it started again. I had replaced the ECU, and all electrical leads. The only thing left was the distributor. I bought a new one on Amazon, installed it myself, and it has been running fine since). I’ll recommend your service department with a warning: “Gatorland usually does a good job, but they’ll try to fleece you”. More
Late Friday afternoon needed a tow from AAA to Gatorland. I called ahead while in the cab if the tow truck and gave your Service guy, Brian, all the details I could so he could be ready for me. He was my p I called ahead while in the cab if the tow truck and gave your Service guy, Brian, all the details I could so he could be ready for me. He was my perfect service rep and the "late duty" guy that evening. He involved the Service Guru, Allen and explained my travel woes. Problem diagnosed, another potential (likely my next problem) identified and fixed and I was back on the road in under 2 hours. I'm really pleased that both Brian & Allen heard what I had to say and gave me the very best breakdown repair service I could have ever hoped for. Thank You! More
My appointment was met with a courteous young man that introduced me to Brian who led me through the process that would be taking place. The service was quick, car was washed and I left pleased with ever introduced me to Brian who led me through the process that would be taking place.
