Great representative, Shad, he is Terrific! !! But still complaining about the televisions in the waiting room , they should be on two of the major networks, prefers abc or nbc as they are now o !! New ones can be purchased !!! It’s fine to keep them with the representatives for security. But to sit there for 2 or 3 hours with commercials is ridiculous! More
