Been going to Gatorland service department for over 10 years. Several times we thought we needed an expensive repair and we told no and fixed ir for much less than we thought. She ALWAYS texts updates, calls for approvals, texts when done. She is efficient, professional, caring. She knows we don’t want fluff stuff done. Just what’s needed. Work is always done completely and car is returned cleaner than when we dropped it off. Great job, service department!!! More

I have no confidence in this dealership I was not informed that the carwash was out until I got to my car, when I came back to Ask why is when I was told and the attendant looked confused and looked informed that the carwash was out until I got to my car, when I came back to Ask why is when I was told and the attendant looked confused and looked over to someone from the service area and I asked him and he claimed,he don't know because he's not from back there.
