I was not happy with the overall process. The vehicle we ordered weeks ago was supposed to arrive in 18 days, but on day 26 we found out the shipment was delayed another 3 weeks or more. We w The vehicle we ordered weeks ago was supposed to arrive in 18 days, but on day 26 we found out the shipment was delayed another 3 weeks or more. We were advised to come in to purchase a different in-stock vehicle. That vehicle ended up costing more than the original price we were quoted for the ordered one, so I felt a little uncomfortable with that but went ahead and made the decision to purchase it anyway with a large down payment and financing of the remainder. The process took about 3 hours, with no explanation of why it was taking so long. We had to wait quite a while to meet with the financing person. When we finally sat down with the financing guy, the addresses and phone numbers on the paperwork were incorrect (from a purchase 20 yrs ago) even though we had updated the information with the sales team when we came in weeks ago and confirmed the correct ones while doing the sales paperwork. I think the sales computers and finance computers are not communicating with each other. When all was complete, it was about hour after the dealership was closed. We still have to bring the vehicle back for final detailing as that was not able to be done while we were waiting. Based on this experience, I do not think I will make another purchase here. The staff was otherwise knowledgable and friendly. I do not hold anything against them personally, but their workflow process needs significant improvement. More
