We flew into Gainesville to purchase our used Rav 4 because we couldn't work out a deal with a local dealership. Our salesperson, Michael Sciotti was excellent! He understands what customer service is because we couldn't work out a deal with a local dealership. Our salesperson, Michael Sciotti was excellent! He understands what customer service is all about, he kept us informed without being pushy. Our finance rep, Michael Barton was arrogant. There seemed to be miscommunication about our financing. Any questions we had were given short, curt responses like it was beneath him to respond nicely to us. He needs to have some customer service and basic human kindness training. More
