Told that our battery needed to be replaced but no one looked at service record to see battery was recently replaced and still under warranty. We had to bring this up ourselves after we left Toyota and it looked at service record to see battery was recently replaced and still under warranty. We had to bring this up ourselves after we left Toyota and it required a return trip to Toyota the next week for all this as well as a refund for the new battery. More

What a great dealership. Brett is unique in service writers as he is so xxxx honest and tries to save the customer money.
