We were very impressed from beginning to end with the service department and personnel at Gator Ford. Our 2005 F-350 diesel had been overheating. The mechanic assigned our "case" visited with us more than once, keeping us informed as to what the problem appeared to be. AND he took the pickup out for a test drive before turning it over to us. The fan clutch and the thermostat were replaced--still under warranty. We had them change the oil, change fuel filters, and rotate the tires as well. Our pickup now does not overheat. AND it sounds much better than it did before. More
