I got cheated by Gator Ford. My complaint is backed by the numbers Sale Price on the front window $40,996+fees, taxes, refurbishing fee. Thieves They will try to lowball you on your trade in. Would not recommend. They had a special saying they will give you up to 4k over the KBB value. Terrible experience If the manager of this dealer is looking at this message I just want to let you know that this agency is not offering the proper services and the pers If the manager of this dealer is looking at this message I just want to let you know that this agency is not offering the proper services and the personal has very rude workers there the reason I’m writing this is because my dad took his truck to fix since the motor was shaking and what they did to it was a big list that were “damaged” which at the end the total came up to be $4046.79 which did not even fix any of the problem it was still the same no difference whatsoever they do even know what they are doing because they experiment with what they think is the issue, when they called that my truck was ready after 3 days my truck began to shake again leaving me stranded in the road I went again to take it back for them to fix now they tell me that it’s the motor after i paid $4046 if you read this thanks I’m just trying to help people please think twice because i don’t recommend this place at first they will talk to you all sweet but after you paid they don’t care about you this is Jorge morales btw More
