Had an incident with the service department. Last August, had 4 original tires replaced on my motorhome ( it has 6 but 2 were fairly new) and I asked them to replace the original tires. Last week, a tire b had 4 original tires replaced on my motorhome ( it has 6 but 2 were fairly new) and I asked them to replace the original tires. Last week, a tire blew on my motorhome on the inside rear doing significant damage to my motorhome. It turns out the tire that blew was a 2011 original tire. When I called to discuss, they took no responsibility and told me “I am doing you a favor to even listen to your nonsense”. I am a single older woman and I feel they are taking advantage of me. Nasty people. By the way, I spent almost $5000. there in August and I was also told “you cheaped out by only buying 4 tires instead of 6 and now you are paying for it. Bottom line: they disposed of a 2017 tire and left a 2011 tire on my motorhome. More

I recently went in to see about purchasing a car . The salesman and I could not come to a decent price for my trade. I simply said thank you for your time but we won’t be making a deal today. He went to h salesman and I could not come to a decent price for my trade. I simply said thank you for your time but we won’t be making a deal today. He went to his sales manger to bring him over. We walked outside to tell me why he offered me a low offer. I simply said that I understand but we can’t make a deal. I want this amount for my car and if you can’t give that to me then it’s ok. The sales manager rudely walked away and said we’ll have a good day then, as he walked away I said I need my keys. He ignored me, I said it again as he continued inside while still being ignored. I raised my voice a little bit and said “excuse me I need my keys” that’s when this so called sales manger got a attitude and started to yell back causing a scene. He became vulgar and cursed. There was not any need for the F bomb and curse words. The manager lost control and was completely unprofessional. Deals are negotiated not brow beaten. Worst dealership I ever encountered and all because he was upset I didn’t want a low ball offer on my trade. He refused to give me any contact info for his boss. More

Almost perfect. Emphasis on "almost". I had the fun pleasure of being told that a part for my vehicle was in, so excitedly I headed up there to have the work done, le Emphasis on "almost". I had the fun pleasure of being told that a part for my vehicle was in, so excitedly I headed up there to have the work done, leaving work to do so. Handed over my car and sat in the waiting room for an hour only to have my service advisor tell me that no, the part wasn't in fact there, even though it said so in the computer apparently. So I lost precious hours at work for this - had my time wasted and lost money. Of course, I was not very happy at all at this. I had to bring my car a different day to have the repair completed when they were really really certain they had the part. Chris was a very nice Advisor, but I think new measures need to be put in place so no one has to experience the irritation I faced. More
