dropped off my 2017 f150 for maintenance work. I was greeted in a timely manner by your service writer Chris Weaver, who was very knowledgeable. The closing costs along with purchase price and trade value should be shown prior to sitting at a desk with the closing individual. All documents should be shown prior to the closing signature page. I only saw signature pages to sign. The values of sale price and trade value discussed with the sales person were not even close on the actual documents. Beware of the desktop format screen, it may only be visible if you stand up over it. If your not in a rush, ask for printed paper documents so you can sit in the lounge and see all of it.
