dropped off my 2017 f150 for maintenance work. I was greeted in a timely manner by your service writer Chris Weaver, who was very knowledgeable. I was assured my vehicle was in good care before I was driven back to my house by your driver Adrian who was very professional and had excellent driving manners. Upon my vehicle being ready I was called by Chris informing me my vehicle was ready for pick up and Adrian was on his way to pick me back up at my home. The closing costs along with purchase price and trade value should be shown prior to sitting at a desk with the closing individual. All documents should be shown prior to the closing signature page. I only saw signature pages to sign. The values of sale price and trade value discussed with the sales person were not even close on the actual documents. Beware of the desktop format screen, it may only be visible if you stand up over it. If your not in a rush, ask for printed paper documents so you can sit in the lounge and see all of it. Had an incident with the service department. Last August, had 4 original tires replaced on my motorhome ( it has 6 but 2 were fairly new) and I asked them to replace the original tires. Last week, a tire b had 4 original tires replaced on my motorhome ( it has 6 but 2 were fairly new) and I asked them to replace the original tires. Last week, a tire blew on my motorhome on the inside rear doing significant damage to my motorhome. It turns out the tire that blew was a 2011 original tire. When I called to discuss, they took no responsibility and told me “I am doing you a favor to even listen to your nonsense”. I am a single older woman and I feel they are taking advantage of me. Nasty people. By the way, I spent almost $5000. there in August and I was also told “you cheaped out by only buying 4 tires instead of 6 and now you are paying for it. Bottom line: they disposed of a 2017 tire and left a 2011 tire on my motorhome. More
