I am frustrated that we did not come to Gator Ford first before Clermont Ford wasted our time and almost performed a $14,000 service on our truck that it did not need because they didn’t diagnose the truck correctly. Gator Ford got our truck in the next day after I had it flat bedded over and had the truck diagnoses and back to us within 7 days. Gator Ford will now get all of our fleet business. I thought that I was dealing with a good dealership that is under new management but soon found out that I was sorely mistaken. After I signed the paperwork for the purchase of a 2019 Ford F-150, I found ou is under new management but soon found out that I was sorely mistaken. After I signed the paperwork for the purchase of a 2019 Ford F-150, I found out that the sales manager that I was dealing with throughout the sales process was fired. The items that was promised as part of the deal were not completed or calls returned. Everything else that we experienced was not done the right way. Even down to having us re-sign sales paperwork weeks after we purchased. I Never even got the vehicle cleaned for purchase, due to rain. I even asked for it to be cleaned after it was in for a service item that took several days to install and they still didn’t clean the vehicle. I Never even got gas at time of purchase. I will never purchase anything from this dealership!!! All Buyer Be Aware!!! More
