Quick and Customer friendly service! First time going to Gator Ford, I bought my truck in Bradenton in February. Having its first oil change and from the time I pulled up, someone was there to meet me and the service manager came out and collected all the data and escorted me into the really nice waiting area. Truck went back and was able to use my reward points with no issue. I do wish, like with my other car (not a Ford), that when ever they take in for anything they always wash it. Just a little extra perk. :) I will be definitely be going back to Gator Ford in the future! More

This dealership was very hard to work with, we were told our car would be ready on a certain day/time, and we ended up waiting over 4 hours for it to be ready. Once we received the car, the seats were wet, our car would be ready on a certain day/time, and we ended up waiting over 4 hours for it to be ready. Once we received the car, the seats were wet, and specific things we asked to be cleaned were not cleaned and had to be taken back and cleaned again. We would not recommend getting your car serviced at Gator Ford. They are not timely at all, it was overall a very frustrating process. More
