He was new with Gator Ford, but knowledgeable, extremely friendly and above all NOT pushy. Treated my wife, son and I with respect and class. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Complete pleasure to deal with. As we progressed into negotiations for a deal on the truck, we dealt with a couple of other people. Most notable was the Assistant/Associate (?) Manager for sales. I believe his name was Aaron. He worked very hard to earn our business and make a fair and equitable deal for both parties. It took a while, some creativity and a lot of patience, but eventually everyone was satisfied. We very much appreciated Aaron’s efforts to “make it happen”. I cannot say that about many people in his position at dealerships that we’ve dealt with in the past. Once the deal was struck, we passed off to Hector Espinal in Finance. He also, was very courteous, professional and easy to deal with. To complete the day and follow through on getting the truck ready for pickup two days later, we continued and completed our excellent experience with Marc the rest of the way. Absolutely ZERO complaints so far. I have already told numerous friends and relatives about what a quality operation Gator Ford’s sales operation is. If their service department is as good as the sales (have not dealt with them yet), they are the finest new vehicle dealership that we have ever been to. When the day arrives for another new Ford truck or SUV arrives, Gator Ford will be place we return to. More
