Scott the assistant service manager did an unbelievable job for us on our RV. We brought it in needing 2 new tires. He got those way ahead of schedule and had them balanced and the front end aligned and job for us on our RV. We brought it in needing 2 new tires. Scott kept us informed and responded quickly when I had any questions. This was my 3rd time using Gator Ford Service and it gets even better each visit. Great staff! Very unprofessional salesman. Gave me a buyers order with a discount on the car then he found out I had a trade and how much I wanted. Of course because of his ignorance and him trying to pull over a scam I didn’t purchase the car from them. Watch there fees in the buyer order if not they will try to get you too. More
Other dealerships said that the problem with my truck would take weeks if not months but ,SCOTT was able to take care of the issue by the next day. Very friendly people but really disappointed by the listing price vs what they wanted for the vehicle out the door. I understand Gator Ford isn't the only dealership that does this but as a consumer it listing price vs what they wanted for the vehicle out the door. I know you guys are able to take advantage of a lot of uneducated customers with these bait and switch tactics. However, it just ends up being a waste of time for everyone. More

List price of vehicle in website was $19,800. What an absolute con artist. More
So bought a pre owned car. Spent a good amount of money for it. Clean car fax, car was great until I had to refill the washer fluid. However it’s obvious by the missing bolts, paint overspray on teh headlight, and the fact that the prop rod for the hood doesn’t stay in place because it wasn’t assembled right in the first place and if I was a little quicker I’m refilling the washer fluid, I would have had my hand crushed by the hood. So why did they inflate the price of the car when they didn’t even do anything other than clean the car?? Wonder how many florida Statutes we broken on the sale of this car??? Yes I have legal representation and they will be contacting the corporate office on Monday March 28gh More

What a joke of a company. Call on a Mini Cooper they have listed on multiple sites at various prices.. Listed on 3rd party sites for $15,684... On their personal site listed at $16,900.. Told they won't honor the price that THEY placed on 3rd party sites. Worse still, they have the nerve to INSIST on nearly $4k in "Gator Perk" and doc fees.. In the end, acting like it's a good deal for me to pay over $4k MORE than retail value on KBB. Worse still, been on their lot for well over 60 days, and they are "upside down on it.". After traditional taxes, the car is being sold "at a deal" of nearly $23k!!!! Run like xxxx from these shady dealers.. God knows there's no shortage of Ford dealers around. More
