ABS REPROGRAM This was the best dealer visit I have ever had. I looked 10 months for a ABS module that was no longer available for my motorhome. After finally finding one, I contacted Gary (service manager) and Daniel Kilbane (service writer) to have it reprogrammed. They went the extra mile and even gave myself and my wife a ride to Lazy Days to pass the time while repairs were made. Fantastic service with a smile and they even applied the charges to a previous visit! I only wish they were a little closer to us (45 miles). More

Bought SUV during COVID and it was sold as is. However, in less than 24 hrs of owning the vehicle I realized the AC did not function properly. Had I not been in a rush while I had my son I would have notic in less than 24 hrs of owning the vehicle I realized the AC did not function properly. Had I not been in a rush while I had my son I would have noticed it when I purchased it. From there, dealing with the sales manager and GM, they would not repair the AC on their dime. I had to bargain with them that I’d pay half of the repair cost so my children could have AC. Doesn’t make sense to me. The service center was excellent and the manager in service was superb. Not that I didn’t pay the dealer fee which covers incidentals for such situation... More
Dealership is making good on a bad purchase Purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer on 07/09/2020 (this vehicle already had over 1800 hundred miles on it and was obviously a salespersons vehicle - but s Purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer on 07/09/2020 (this vehicle already had over 1800 hundred miles on it and was obviously a salespersons vehicle - but sold to me as brand new) - one week later, vehicle wouldn't start. Vehicle stay in shop for about a week and was returned to me. Problem that I had was that I'm a single, elderly woman and was terribly afraid to take possession of the vehicle again - not sure if it would not start again, leaving me stranded - day or more scarier, night. The entire week that this vehicle was in the shop, I pleaded with salesperson to substitute this vehicle with one of equal or less value - all to no avail. They made me take possession of the vehicle again. FINALLY, I heard for a Mr. Rollin Seeley, of Gator Ford, and he has agreed to replace the vehicle. I couldn't be more relieved and thank the dealership tremendously for finally stepping up and doing the right thing. More
