However, I felt like we were given the run around when it was time for us to get the rims, tires, and lift as it was included in our deal (after the purchase). We agreed upon a total out the door price based on 0% interest financing. However, the amount on our finance paperwork was about $300 more than the agreed total out the door price. We inquired as to why the $300 difference and was told that a little over $200 was doc stamp but the remaining amount was lost in the air and could not be explained. Not sure why we agreed on a total out the door price but then was charged an extra $300. A few weeks later, we received a refund check for the remaining amount ($300 over the agreed total out the door price minus the a little over $200 doc stamp). Again, it still does not explain why we agreed on a price but we were over charged but not informed of it. More

We bought a 2018 Ford F150 STX last September 2019. It started smoking in May 2020. We had purchased an extended warranty so my husband brought it in for service. They kept it a week and concluded that started smoking in May 2020. We had purchased an extended warranty so my husband brought it in for service. They kept it a week and concluded that it was bad smoke with no real cause. He was told to drive it for 1,000 miles before returning to service. They said the smoke was gone. 1,000 miles later it was still smoking so he called. He was told to wait a little longer. 2,000 miles later it was still smoking so he brought the truck in. The service people kept the truck and called a day later to say it was now good smoke so we shouldn't be concerned! My husband had been researching his truck motor and found that Ford knew about the problem. Service acknowledged the issue but said they couldn't do anything else. The salesman then told my husband that Ford would make good on the warranty and issues and would write off the truck if he bought a 2020 from them. He called me at work and told me this. He signed papers on a new truck and left it to be finalized the next day as I was off work. I read over the contract and saw that we were rolling most of the bad Ford into the new one. I went to the dealership with my husband and talked to finance and the salesman, they both told me they did what they could do but no more would be done. Now we are stuck with a $711 payment every month for 7 years! We have called the main Ford customer service and are waiting for a reply. Do not get ripped off like we did. More
