I ended purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I did not agree with their practice of charging an absurd amount for "reconditioning" that they charge on every used vehicle of around $1750.00. This is something they need to do to get a car ready to sell and should not be passed on to the consumer. And they didn't even do much to the vehicle! I was able to work other numbers and was moderately happy with the final payments, but they had to work for it. Also didn't agree with the practice of getting financing terms and having me sign papers before bringing my wife down and then changing the terms. Was about to walk out with the truck, but they were "able" to get me even better terms. More

Ron Hogg was extremely helpful resolving issues our 2018 F150. Most of those issues were minor and were solved during a two-day period.
