WOW! What a great up front price they had on an F150 Lariat. However once I asked for an out the door price they got VERY CREATIVE. Every line item add on was inflated far beyond actual costs and then the tacked on "Gator Perks" which they really could not explain the "Perks". $2,850 for WHAT? Once I told them no they dropped that item, but were still not competitive with my local Orlando area dealers. 22% in Extras............no thanks. More
Just want to say how nice it was dealing with Scott Brinkman at gator Ford service counter. Scott kept me informed at all times. Scott is very knowledgeable which made me at ease. He arranged me a ride for work, again kept me in the loop and had me back in my truck in no time. Professionalism, attentiveness and attention to detail can not be beaten. Everything was perfect to my liking. I had a few minor things going on with my vehicle and had no idea what to do. When I went in I thought it would be a typical dealership and they not care but Savannah behind the desk blew me away. She told me things that made sense to me that I've never really thought of. I had an amazing experience with Gator Ford trading my F150 for a newer model. Rollin Seeley the Sales Manager was extremely reasonable with his pricing and gave me a great value for my trade. Tommy Murma F150 for a newer model. Rollin Seeley the Sales Manager was extremely reasonable with his pricing and gave me a great value for my trade. Tommy Murman my sales advisor was extremely knowledgeable about the product and explained any differences from my current model to my new one. Richard Molden my Finance Manager was easy to work with and not pushy at all. 5 stars Gator Ford! More
3 days ago NEW The 1 Star Is For Sales Rep Tony. He was absolutely amazing & very professional. It’s 0 star for the rest of the experience. We came to look at the white 2021 Lexus IS350. Test dro He was absolutely amazing & very professional. It’s 0 star for the rest of the experience. We came to look at the white 2021 Lexus IS350. Test drove it, it was great. Getting to the finance portion was okay. Leaving to go get dinner to think about it was a HUGE problem. My boyfriend made an offer and signed the piece of paper. The guy came back CLOSE to the offer. Not the exact offer. My boyfriend then put a second offer w/o signing the paper. The guy came back with the “best offer they can give”. My boyfriend stated he wanted the night to think about it and we would call Tony tomorrow. So, as we got up and started to walk to the front doors and waiting for the keys. We said thank you, shook Tony’s and the finance guy hand and then here comes another sale guy and he introduced himself to us. He brought up the fact that he was in the military and his family member was a Marine (My boyfriend is a disable veteran, Marine) and that he know Marines are big on their integrity and Marines honor their word. So clearly this sales guy took it personally and insisted on disrespecting my boyfriend and insulting his integrity. It was absolutely unprofessional and we’ve never experienced this from ANY car dealership. Now, I don’t know if this is a sale tactic he uses with all Military personnel however it seemed very personal towards my boyfriend and it pissed us off. My boyfriend remained calm because I was there with him but when I looked at him, I instantly knew he was pissed. My boyfriend is a disabled veteran in the Marine Corps for 10yrs, served 4 tours to fight for our country and 2x cancer survivor and THIS is how he is treated??? Is this how Gator Ford treats all Military personnel when they don’t take their horrible deals??? Absolutely insane. That sales rep lost Tony a sell tonight. We will never return to Gator Ford if that’s the treatment we will get. We deserve an apology immediately. More
