My salesman, Keith Condatore gave us a test drive and was super knowledgeable about the car. Once I decided on my original choice, Keith made it easy to negotiate with my trade in. Then on doing the paperwork we met Maryann Higgins. She had everything ready to sign and her 28 years as a business manager made the process seamless. This was the easiest car buying experience without all the back and forth between sales and management. I felt well prepared to negotiate with the online knowledge ahead of arriving. She was very friendly, personable, and made the normal boring experience of signing paperwork more fun! The main thing I liked was the fact that she did a great job at explaining everything and made sure we knew what we were getting and what could benefit us the most. I left there with the payment I wanted and felt very comfortable with my decision, especially towards the end. There was a slight hiccup in our process that made for a four hour stay at Gator (shame on the detailing crew) and Allen handled it like a true professional.
