We were greeted by a salesman who did an amazing job answering our questions and showing us 2 Jeeps letting us take one for a test drive. He was never pushy in his sales. We left with a business card and went home to do some research on what type of Jeep we wanted to purchase. We found one that fit our needs online. After a quick phone call to the salesman. We learned that the vehicle was still available. We set up an appointment for another test drive. The salesman was nice enough to come in on his day off since that's who we felt most comfortable doing business with. We had gotten pre approved for a loan prior to purchase and the transaction went smoothly. We were able to settle on a great deal that both the dealership and we were pleased with. We were in and out in about 3hrs and that's including the test drive. The staff was very friendly and not once did we feel rushed or pushed. We highly recommend Gator to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Well done on service. More

I had been browsing and researching online and decided to give Fiat of Melbourne a shot, due to their extensive selection. I went with the only intentions of test driving the car I saw online. Before even getting to the door I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by Keith. I showed him the car I found online and he quickly went inside to get the key. I think I asked at least 30+ questions about the vehicle and he was able to answer every single question with very detailed answers. He made me feel super comfortable and several times offered my boyfriend and myself water. Before I knew it I was so at ease and felt comfortable enough to pursue the buying of my dream vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but, have never had such a pleasant and fast experience, like I did here. Even when we went into financing with Maryann which can always be overwhelming and anxiety ridden, she was warm and just so willing to go through all documents with me and gave me a better rate and monthly payment then I ever thought possible! I'm looking forward to getting my oil changed just so I can see this awesome bunch of folks again! Friendly Staff are Honest and There to Help When my car broke down I took it here for service. It first seemed like the problem was a leaking intake manifold gasket. That was the hope. Then i When my car broke down I took it here for service. It first seemed like the problem was a leaking intake manifold gasket. That was the hope. Then it turns out that the exhaust valve was not closing and consequently hitting my piston severely. The service department explained to me every option that I had, whether to buy a new engine with warranty or risk fixing the bare minimum and hoping that I do not have problems down the road. They never rushed me, and I had plenty of time to do my research about which option was best. Along with the options of fixing my car, I wanted to investigate trading it in to there dealership for a newer car. When the trade in quote came back to me I was pleasantly surprised. It turned out to be more beneficial to trade it in than to fix it by far. The sales department took over from there and Allan Petschow was just as honest and friendly as the service department. Allan never pushed me one way or the other; he let me take my time and look at different used and new trucks. I would highly recommend Allan as he is very down to earth and is not pushy to sell you a more expensive car (like some car salesman elsewhere). When all was said and done, I left the dealership feeling very confident and happy that I got a great deal from a wonderful dealership. More
