I expected a hard sell high pressure sales tactic but it was far from that.My rep.Angelo was almost like a friend with a helping hand. He walked us through the whole process, including the test drive. I feel i've made a new friend instead of just another car salesman. I am,from now on, a Chrysler dealership fan. More

That being said, we feel that we got a great car for a fair price. Dakota Best, our salesman, seemed like an outstanding young man. At no time did we ever feel pressured during our time with him. He explained everything to us and answered all questions to our satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable in all the options in the Jeep Cherokee. We are very happy with our purchase. More

Best service ever received In my opinion, Maryann's professionalism, enthusiasm and excellence is the catalyst that forms the foundation for Gator Automotive's continued success In my opinion, Maryann's professionalism, enthusiasm and excellence is the catalyst that forms the foundation for Gator Automotive's continued success within the community. She puts so much of herself into the purchasing experience that it is no wonder customers continue to return or better refer others. Last Christmas my wife and I purchased our vehicle and Maryann took time to make sure my wife fully understood each step of the process. She made sure that all the documents were accurate and actually convinced me to, thankfully. purchase a GAP policy which I had never done before. On New Years Eve my wife and I were involved in a 4 vehicle accident which left the car totaled and my wife injured requiring emergency surgery. Maryann took the lead in ensuring every detail of the process was handled quickly, accurately and professionally, She kept us up to date every step of the way and checked on my wife's progress continually as though we had been close and dear friends for years. Maryann has secured my loyalty, admiration and gratitude. We will return to this dealership again when we look for our next purchase or refer your dealership to our friends. If this post is actually read, please express my deepest appreciation to Maryann for everything she did in assisting us and in making this purchasing experience the best we have ever had. Lo and behold, about 45 minutes later, we were looking at my new 2017 Dodge Journey. Thanks to Angelo Guzman, Sales Associate and the ever supporting Gator team for making this service visit to trade-in purchase happen so smoothly and quick. I would strongly recommend Gator Chrysler Dodge to all. More

We went to other dealerships and were never given the great service we received at Gator. From our sales person to our finance person they were very customer friendly! It is such a pleasure to see that there are individuals that give great customer service. I work retail and it's rare to see such helpfulness in all areas of the organization. They never let us feel like we were pressured to buy. It was a great experience and we left with a vehicle that we are very happy with! More

I called Gator Chrysler and spoke with Alan, he was nice enough to humour me and get back to me with every question I asked. I drove all the way down to Melbourne and met with the sales rep, J.T., he had the car ready to test drive. What else can I say, very courteous gentleman, they all were! Was out of there within the hour, having traded in my Camaro and drove out with a new Challenger! More
Sales first customer last Well, here I am in wonderful Wyoming. Things have settled a bit with taking care of my brothers critters. We've got him home from the hospital, but he Well, here I am in wonderful Wyoming. Things have settled a bit with taking care of my brothers critters. We've got him home from the hospital, but he has a long road of recovery ahead of him. I've had a little while now to simmer in an offense I won't soon forget. Now that I'm cooled down I can post this review objectively without blowing off too much steam. I went into gator on my 1st visit knowing that I the Ram trucks I wanted would have to be ordered. The salesman was pretty adamant that he could find my truck through in region. I highly doubted it. So after a half hour of searching he came up empty as expected. He took down the specifics of the truck and sent me home and said he'd be in contact with me about ordering after he talked with his manager. Just why he couldn't do that while I was there I haven't a clue. After two weeks goes by I sent an email directly to the dealership inquiring about making the order. Keep in mind that I sent the email directly to the dealership, not the salesman. It went unanswered for 2 more days. I sent another. The dealership finally responded. Their excuse, "the salesman isn't very tech savvy". Go figure, he was using a smart phone to check the region to find a vehicle and yet he can't access the system to respond to email? Go figure. They didn't answer a whisper about making the order I inquired about. I was forgotten and tossed to the side because the salesman wanted a quicker sale rather than order what I wanted. But in true sales tactics, they they invited me to come in.. .... Again. Sheesh, well OK. Back to square one. The reader must keep in mind that I'm hearing impaired in that I cannot use a phone. So in I went. This time I met a salesman with a professional attitude, drooling with manners and respect. He always addressed me as Mr or sir. He never once tried to treat me as though we were long lost pals or even acquaintances on friendly terms. In about 45 minutes time we went over the isms of what I wanted, verified it 3 times and made a decent (not a good or great) deal. It wasn't anything worth writing home about or even posting a decent review over. But they weren't certain that they could order the truck due to some kind of glitch in their ordering system that they weren't certain of. I put my money down and walked out after being told they'd get back to me in a few days, letting me know if it would be a success or flop. You'd think they'd know this stuff having been in the business of ordering and selling trucks for quite awhile now. Decades! 6 days goes by, nothing. Then I get an email stating they can't get the order to go through. I should come back and get my deposit returned. I went back 2 days latter. I walked in the door and they said (get this) "we called the factory and they showed us what they were doing wrong. You'd think they'd know how to order trucks and cars by now having been in the business for a long time already. Their lot is full of them. OK, whatever. The order is on now. That evening I'm at home and I get a text from my folks saying my brother was in a bad accident. They'd need a ride to the airport and that I need to get out there as well. It was bad enough that he'd be in the hospital awhile and his horses would need someone to take care of them. Not really a difficult job even for me since I'm disabled. So I bought my tickets for 2 days away because I had to tend to canceling several Dr appointments at the VA, getting extra meds and possibly transferring prescriptions to the VA clinic in Wyoming. Not knowing exactly how much time this trip was going to take, I had doubts that I would be back in time when the truck got delivered. Well crap, I'll have to put that notion on hold for awhile and cancel the order which probably had not been officially sent to manufacturer, but who knows really. I went in to the dealership the following day, I couldn't find my salesman off the bat and was greeted by a man named Gary. He stated that the salesman was around someplace with a customer and elected to assist me. I told him I had to bow out of the order because I had a family emergency and had to leave town for who knows how long. You'd think that human empathy would shift to "is everyone OK or I hope it's not too serious". Something along those lines to express sympathy and understanding for a human being and customer. Instead they first words out of Gary's mouth were "but I jumped through hoops to get that truck". Callous, self serving, insensitive words landing on me, silently wishing me guilt for having to bow out. I was in no mood for dealer head games and tactics. "I informed him that there was no need for a guilt trip. This was out of my hands." Well, things hot heated needless to say. He picked the showroom, where customers are being dealt with to pitch a his lil hissy fit. Not one instance of empathy from the man. I kept trying to explain to him that these things happen. They're out of our hands. But he kept interrupting me, cutting me off in mid sentence. He wouldn't give me an inch to speak but kept whining like a sissy boy. As this kept up he walked away from me continuously cutting me off. He just had to keep pushing my buttons all the way. Just then, at that perfect moment my salesman JT showed up with a customer and excused himself like a pro to see what was going on. I told him in a raised voice "who is that guy right there" I said, "well that's Gary", I responded "that man is a certified ****". Of course I was wrong to raise my voice even a little, but still it did not have to get that far. The burden falls on Gary's head. I was told that he was having a bad day. There's no way that anyone in his position should verbally scuffle with a customer and push their buttons on the showroom floor. Especially when the customer is in the middle of a family emergency. Well sheesh, I get it. That justifies bad and rude behavior doesn't it? Truely unprofessional behavior and a rotten demeanor to have in an employee who has direct contact with customers. I sure didn't walk in being rude. I was actually in an sad mood when Gary struck me with lightening. He offended me very much and trust me, If you knew me, you'd understand that I have a low tolerance for rudeness. He was indeed fortunate that I didn't give him my normal verbal shellac-ing when people are rude and disrespectful to me. I held back very well. But I was on the edge of a verbal lecture. My salesman in true form cooled me down just enough for the team to get things taken care of. Your aces JT. When all was said and done, I was the one who apologized to Gary. Shook his hand, blah blah blah. I half expected him to apologize in return, but dang if he didn't. Not even a frick'n hint of regret or empathy from the man the entire time. He just acted grumpy. Not a good attitude for a person to have in public venue. The 2nd salesman was top notch and quite the guy. But he's surrounded by people who don't know how to order a truck or behave with customers. It seems it's all about them first. First they don't know, they'll get back to me, then they can't do it, then they can, then the emergency and it's "to heck with your brother, what about us". I've lost all confidence in this dealership on all but one small level, JT. Of course on my way out of the door Gary said come back when yer ready. My salesman, JT said, "I'm sorry about your brother. When things get back on track I'll be here for you. Come back and see me then. One person in the entire bunch worthy of note.... JT The question now is, will I go back and continue with these clowns or drive to Orlando or elsewhere (the rest of the dealerships in the county are worse)? It remains to be seen. They can't offer me a decent deal, not a good or even a great deal. It would take an outstanding deal to even get me on the lot. Even so, if that were to happen, there's only one person I'd work with. I'm quite certain that potential customers can find a better dealership elsewhere. My confidence level in gator is down to pretty much nothing. In all good conscience I cannot, "at this time", recommend Gator Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep for their dealership. Their satisfaction comes first. Warmest Regards to you the reader of this review. Sincerely, Stuck in beautiful Wyoming No use in the dealer trying to patch things up. The damage is pretty much done.
