He originally saw one that he liked at another nearby dealership. The other dealership originally told me a good price but later on in the day when I brought my boyfriend in the price became significantly higher. We walked out. I decided to call Gator the next day to see if they had one on there lot with the bells and whistles my boyfriend cared about. The other dealership called me the next day and significantly lowered the price. I was going back and forth with 2 dealerships on the phone. Ultimately, my boyfriend preferred the price and the options of the car at Gator. I felt like JT and the the Gator dealership gave us a fair and good deal. I never felt pressured or deceived. JT was upfront and there were no extra charges or fees. JT even stayed after closing time to help us work the radio and bluetooth system. I would definitely recommend GATOR and JT. More

Very straight forward with getting us a good value for our trade. When I arrived at dealer to see the truck we were looking at , the vehicle was pulled up for me. I took a test drive while they valued my trade. They valued right within the range Barbara provided me. She had a sales sheet ready for me on what the estimated walk out the door price would be. I went about my day, returning a few hours later to the dealership to complete the sale. (Total time in dealership less than 90 minutes) When we arrived back, she had the truck detailed, had the vehicle fueled for us and went out of her way to purchase Oem floor mats for the front that weren't provided when traded in. In addition, she arranged to have a duplicate key fob made for the truck. In closing she was professional, no non sense or games. I would do business with her again. More

Great deal and no games! I had been shopping for a lightly used truck for a couple weeks and it's hard for me to find time to go look at them with my work schedule and the fac I had been shopping for a lightly used truck for a couple weeks and it's hard for me to find time to go look at them with my work schedule and the fact that since I was being particular the ones I wanted to check out were spread across a wide area. The first few dealerships I visited were a total disappointment. Bait and switch, wanting me to run a credit application before showing me a truck, holding the keys to my trade hostage during their pitch, etc. Then I called Gator about a 2012 Ram 1500 and was connected to the salesman JT. He invited me to come look at the truck even though I couldn't get there until just before closing. Once there, he took the time to explain the features of the truck and let me test drive it. By the time I told him I was interested, it was already a few minutes past closing time but JT, a manager whose name I didn't catch, and the finance officer all offered to stay late and finish the deal. I've had the truck for a week now and had my local mechanic inspect it and everything checked out. JT even called me a few days after purchase to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Overall great experience, down to earth people, a good deal and best of all NO GAMES! I would definitely recommend Gator for anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle More
