An appointment was set up with salesman Allen Wade. At the dealership, Mr. Wade showed the van to me. He was very informative and answered all the questions we had. The dealership agreed to fix a few minor defects and the sale was concluded. Mr. Wade, along with other personnel, was very professional and friendly. Unlike other dealerships, I was treated fairly as a person, not as a woman. In addition, I was not given high pressure sales of unwanted extras. I thought the trade-in was low -- $2,800 versus $4500 suggested in Edmonds. Also the newspaper advertising was somewhat deceiving. The bold listed price was about $23,000, but that included (in small print) a trade-in or cash of $3,000; thus making the actual price of the car about $26,000. Additionally, the window sticker (with the actual lot number of the vehicle) listed a navigation system. Again, small print, said just because it was listed didn't mean it was on the car. I thought the dealer should have installed the system or given a discount for the system not being installed. It was deceptive advertising. More

My husband and I have purchased more than 5 vehicles from Gator over the years. We have never had a bad experience at your dealership in any way! Why we ever strayed I am not sure but we did go across the street which ironically is how our journey at Gator began. We had stopped to look at a specific brand and the sales guy pretty much told us we were not good enough for one. So we stopped in at aGator and left with a Sebring Convertible. And so our journey began. Maryann Higgins is professional, honest, sincere and we consider her a friend. We recommended my in-laws to shop at Gator and I believe they are on Jeep #4. My daughter and son-in-law have also purchased at Gator. Always, above and beyond. We are the strange ones who come in for an oil change and find a new car...even one Maryann was driving and the deal breaker was her Barry Manilow CD! So new car fever hit and the first call was to Maryann, she said to come see her and we would see if we could make a deal. She introduced me to Keith C. and he listened to what I wanted and only guided me to vehicles that fit my list. He did not try to bully me or talk down to me because I was a female. He was professional and honest and we found just the one a Jeep Grand Cherokee with exactly what I wanted and then some! Then it was time for Maryann magic.
