Amazing Car Buying Experience - Stellar Customer Service! I arrived at the Gator dealership on Palm Bay Road on Feb. 1, 2018 looking for a car. My car was totaled in an accident and I had a very small deadlin I arrived at the Gator dealership on Palm Bay Road on Feb. 1, 2018 looking for a car. My car was totaled in an accident and I had a very small deadline to purchase a new one. I wasn't sure what kind of car I was looking for and we spent the whole day visiting other dealerships. I was starting to feel discouraged and lost during the entire endeavor. When I arrived at Gator on Palm Bay Road, I was greeted by Ron Souza. I felt uneasy talking to other dealers, but this gentleman made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome throughout this experience. Ron helped me find a car that I absolutely adore and didn't give up on me when dealing with the financing process. He truly went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me. He was with us the entire way in regards to the financing and the extras we wanted on the vehicle (i.e. mud flaps and etc.) to make sure the parts department and the service department took good care of us, which they did. I have bought many vehicles over the years, but not from Gator, and I have to I came in looking to upgrade my chrysler t&c and was greeted by james. I have bought many vehicles over the years, but not from Gator, and I have to say It was a very eye opening experience. I came in with a certain number I wanted to spend, and get for my trade, which I do each time I buy something and this time I ended up spending 7,000 more than that number. I didn't want leather, and ended up taking it, I didn't want the dvd and ended up taking it. James showed me 4 different minivans, which all drove the same, but being retired as he pointed out, I deserve the extras, and wouldn't want to see me regret not having it as time went by. He was polite but when my wife told him we voted for donald trump, it was like we were best friends. I had a great time in a usually stressful buying situation,, and will buy our cars in the future from gator. God bless trump, and God bless james and gator. More
