This could not have been a more positive experience. Barbara, our salesperson, was both friendly and forthcoming on all fronts. She meticulously went over all the features of our new vehicle, displaying a sound knowledge of the product she sells. Kim, the dealership's receptionist, made us a delicious cup of hot java and provided us with fresh baked donuts while we waited for the business office to arrange our financing. The dealership's business manager was just as diligent in her duties as her cohorts. She went above and beyond our expectations in securing for us the best possible financing. She was extremely courteous and exuded confidence in her responsibilities. As a former customer service manager for a large national organization I couldn't help but compliment her for the way she interacted with the other employees involved in our transaction.
