But still no pressure from him, just pleasant and very understanding. I met Mike the manager. He also was very pleasant and easy to speak too. Once I had decide on the car the paperwork went smooth. Then we was introduced to Maryann. She was pleasant and easy to talk too. She help me with an extended warranty and Gap coverage. She was even able to get a lower rate on my loan. Maryann was great!!! I was so happy to find a group of people who treated us like people and not a paycheck. This was the best experience that we have ever had with purchasing a vehicle and if we ever need to get another vehicle again we will definitely be going to them first. Junior greeted us and was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the vehicles in the lot. He was an absolute joy to talk to. He never attempted playing "tricks" in attempt to get you to commit to a vehicle that you may have been slightly interested in, as we had experienced an hour before at another local dealership. We purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma at a great price, even even after we added on the GAP coverage and extended vehicle warranty that was offered. Maryann was fantastic to work with and did not pressure us into additional options that would significantly increase the price, as I have had previously encounter during other vehicle purchases, she simple presented the information and allowed us to choose whether we wanted it or not, emphasizing that it was our decision on everything. She even managed to get us a low interest rate! This was the best experience that we have ever had with purchasing a vehicle and if we ever need to get another vehicle again we will definitely be going to them first! More
