Dealership That Actually Cares!!! I had been to 3 other dealerships the day I bought my Alfa Romeo Giulia. I test drove multiple cars and the sales people were plenty nice. That being said, the service I received from Michael Moore exceeds all others by far. I had very specific wants at a very specific price point. Rather than brush me off and suggest I look at lesser car trims or models, Michael did the impossible. He was able to track down exactly what I wanted for a price I truly didn't think was possible. When I came in to get it he was so excited for me. Not the phony, I'm happy for the sell, kind of thing. Michael was extremely pumped to get me what I wanted. On top of that, my wife and kids were out of town so I had no way to get my old and new car home. Michael drove my old car to my house then let me drive him back to the dealership after it already closed!!! Maryann, the finance clerk, took great care of me as well. She was so nice and made sure I got the best finance rate, but she took her time in explaining every last detail of the transaction. Again, she took her time after the dealership had already closed as well. Thank you so much! I love my new car. More

We were very particular with the color selection and since we are in Fort Lauderdale we connected with local dealers to discuss our needs, Between getting a new car and a used one, we decided for the latter as we do not drive a lot. We just have due to too many vehicles. :-) Because of that decision we felt that we were not so welcomed and supported and looked ourselves for the car we wanted, And because of that we found Joey. What a delight in attitude and understanding. We went back and forth about new and old, coming or not, buying or not, looking or not, that we were sure that he was tired of our text messages. But contrary to that he maintained our pace to the effect that we drove yesterday to your dealership to make the deal and own the car. So, there it is. Only through the nice and fast long distance relationship we developed, like the modern world of dating, did we come and buy. He is a great salesperson and we are sure he will run a BIG dealership sooner then later. :-) So, after he closed the deal we were introduced to Maryann. Talking about being organized, funny, energetic and sharp. We felt completely taken care of, we felt the rate and advise given was in our interest and fair. She told us how relationships are maintained at your company and how people just show up and say hello or how many buyers leave all the documents in the glove compartment so when they trade in the car, they are ready. So, thank you everyone for the great time buying a car, for teh service, the attitude, to let our for run free in your dealership, the coffee which was ok :-), the popcorn offer we did not take and for everyone's nice attitude towards a potential client.
