It had all of the features we wanted and was priced perfectly. Rick was helpful in finding the vehicle for us as it was located on a different lot than the one we arrived at. He met us over at the other lot and we took it out for a test drive. He answered all of our questions and agreed to match the online price which was well below the advertised price at the dealership. We discovered one of the rims had damage to it and he promised to speak with someone about getting it fixed or replaced and said he would call the next day. Just as promised he called before 9AM the next day with the contact information of the shop that would do the repair. After we got the vehicle home we noticed that the entertainment center remote and headphones were missing and when he contacted me about the rim repair I asked about them. He got back in touch shortly to let me know they had been located. Maryann was also a great help with all of our paperwork, financing, and warranty options. She took us through everything and answered all of our questions along the way. She took the time to certify the pre-owned vehicle we were purchasing to help us save money on the extended warranty we purchased. She repeatedly let us know if there was anything else we ever need help with or have questions about that we should not hesitate to contact her. Replacing just the right side exhaust manifold, they had my truck for nearly 8 hours, unacceptable. Previous recall work to flash the computer memory, with an appointment, 3 hours. I can flash my laptop memory in less than ten minutes They only have a one Bay oil change too. It's not worth the wait. I had to call and bug them for a status on parts ordered, which they claim was delivered to them but not correctly received into inventory, thus I waited two weeks longer More
