Less then positive experience followed by GREAT service Took my Jeep to the "express" lane on Dec 11 for an oil change and tire rotation. After 2 hours it had not been serviced. I left and was asked to co Took my Jeep to the "express" lane on Dec 11 for an oil change and tire rotation. After 2 hours it had not been serviced. I left and was asked to come back another day. I coordinated with the service advisor and returned on Dec 12. Service completed in 30 minutes! Two observations. "express lane" is a misnomer. For a dealership that I assume sells a lot of Jeeps, to only have one lift that can accommodate the Wranglers seems less than optimal. More

So, to start this process, I looked online at the local and surrounding area dealerships. I CHOSE to drive an hour to this dealer ship because the great customer service reviews. I have to say that I was not disappointed. The salesman was not pushy at all. I did not feel "bullied" into anything. I told him exactly what I wanted/ needed and he made it happen. Not only that, but he made it happen fast! I definately recommend this dealership to others. More
Banshee in the bed of my brand new truck with 350 miles About a week after purchasing my brand new truck, I had to endure watching a Banshee jump around frantically kicking the bed of my truck. The Gator s About a week after purchasing my brand new truck, I had to endure watching a Banshee jump around frantically kicking the bed of my truck. The Gator service department was tasked with putting in a drop-in bed liner for me. As they drove the truck away I wondered where on earth are they going, they were headed toward the sand pit behind the dealer so I walked around to investigate. They were by an old shed where the drop-in beds were kept. Three service people picked the bed up and put one side of the bed in while the other side was well above the rail edge of the bed. The Banshee crawled inside the bed and began jumping around frantically kicking the sides in an effort to seat the liner. The directions the dealer provides for Do It Yourself customers explicitly shows to lift the liner in the middle from underneath to get the sides to buckle inward. Needless to say, my brand new truck now needed the bed rails replaced. The liner was pinched in several places, and back flares were not seated under the rail so rain could get between bed and liner. I was beside myself, smoke had to be coming out my ears. To their credit they wanted to make it right. They ordered the replacement bed rail parts, and two weeks later after waiting for an appointment three gentlemen seated the bed in 6 minutes, of course lifting the middle in accordance with their own written procedure. And no one got inside the bed to accomplish this. My bigger question is: why are three employees comfortable with this level of negligence? No one tried to stop the Banshee, they almost acted as though it was humorous. Makes me question the whole establishment. More
