Met my expectations. Meeting expectations sounds simple and easy. It is anything but easy. Meeting expectations means never saying no. The pros at Gator never say "no". It means they worked to find a way to satisfy me when no would have been an easier answer. When dealing with customers, there are five easy words that don't satisfy anyone. They are: no, won't, can't, recommend, or try. John and Allen are professionals who don't use the easy words. Thay just get the job done. I like dealing with both f them. More

Keith Condatore, the salesman, was very good and got things going smoothly. We struck a mutually acceptable deal quickly and the title and registration was processed efficiently by MaryAnn and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend Gator. More

Service Center is Slow and Painful I went in for an appointment for some recall work. You get assigned an adviser; my adviser was SSSSS. He has zero people skills, or was just really trying not to be helpful. Dropped the car off early for the appointment. After almost 5 hours of my car being there I called to get a status because no one had called yet. I was transferred to my adviser's cell phone. I left a message requesting a return call. After one hour I called back. TTTT answered again and said she could transfer me to SSSSS again, but she was in a different building and cannot get him a message. I declined as I already had one un-returned message with SSSSS. She ended up paging him, and after a painful wait, SSSSS did not respond. I requested a manager. She was hesitant and then I requested one again. She transferred me to someones voicemail. No one called back. I end up getting a ride to the dealership because my office is closing now and I have to talk to my adviser if I wanted to use the shuttle service...but I can't talk to my adviser because he does not answer his phone... I get to Gators in Melbourne and was told my car would not be ready for over an hour. I decide to wait it out. Long story short. My windshield wiper relay was replaced, and the wipers still do not turn off after using them without a series of jiggles. Painful. I was getting the car fixed up to give it away to my daughter. I have been saving up to buy a new car, cash. Guess where I won't be going! That's right, I will not buy a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge if I have to use this dealership for service. More
