We already own a Jeep Grand Cherokee since 2001 and love it so we thought why not another one.. We went to Gator Chrysler in Melbourne Florida and Allen Wade was the sales person. We were so pleased with him and the dealership. They had a nice selection of vehicles and the personnel were friendly and knowledge. Allen sat in the car with us and explained all the little details to about the car, which we appreciated very much and he told us to make a list and if there are any questions he will be available to help us any time. Happy Customer I called about a car online 45 min before closing, Tim had the car pulled around before I arrived at the dealership. The hard work of Kieth Condator and Marry Ann I drove that car home two hours later. As if that's not amazing in its self 2 days later Mary Ann calls and tells me she found another lender with a much lower Apr which ment lower monthly payments. Great Salesman - Excellent overall experience. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Tim ODonnell tonight. What a great experience we had. I first contacted Tim through an online inquiry abou My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Tim ODonnell tonight. What a great experience we had. I first contacted Tim through an online inquiry about a Jeep Wrangler and he was very helpful and provided answers to my questions through email and invited me in for a test drive. We came in the following day and met with Tim. We were torn between a new model or buying used. We didn't necessarily have a budget but didn't want to get out of control. Tim did not pressure us at all and was very helpful. We test drove a couple cars and Tim directed us to another lot to show us one more that he thought we might like. While on that lot we saw a Jeep that caught our attention and it turned out to be just what we were looking for. It was on the used lot but only had just over 1000 miles on it. It was a great find and Tim agreed that it was a hard deal to pass up. We took it for a test drive and decided to purchase. Tim wrote up the deal quickly and got us a great rate. We then met Maryann Higgans who did an excellent job of helping us understand all of the documentation. She got us in and out quickly. It was by far the quickest we have ever purchased a vehicle.
